RoninDojo Release v3.1.0

New Features
This release adds more tools and apps around your node and makes x86 installs cleaner. It also includes a lot of under-the-hood work to keep RoninUI fast and stable.
NVMe Standard for x86
NVMe storage is the standard for x86 users. During early support we required leaving the USB stick plugged in for easy recovery just in case issues occurred. When RoninOS is running from a USB stick on a UEFI system, the setup now fully moves the operating system onto the NVMe drive, so the USB stick can be removed after your device reboots.
The NVMe is laid out with a 512 MiB EFI partition, a 32 GiB root partition, and the rest of the drive as the data partition.
Notice: For desktop x86 users all data on the NVMe is erased during install, and the USB stick is wiped afterwards so it can no longer boot. This is temporary until salvage code is changed.
As a reminder, you need at least a 2TB NVMe SSD. Head over to our docs for installation instructions.
A Rebuilt RoninUI
RoninUI moved from Next.js to TanStack Start, and the server side now runs on Effect v4. Form validation was reworked and is now covered by tests. We also added safe redirect handling on login and a clearer error screen when a page fails to load.
Most of this is invisible, but it is the foundation that lets us ship new features faster and with more confidence.
Bisq Support
Bisq, the decentralized bitcoin exchange, can now use the Bitcoin Core on your RoninDojo as its backend. Pairing is done from the Bitcoin Core page in RoninUI, which has a new pairing dialog and improved connection settings.
This is the first of the additional apps we promised in the v3 announcement, and there is more to come.

Push TX Through Public Providers
The Push TX tool can now broadcast a raw transaction through your own Dojo, or through public providers such as mempool.space and blockstream.info.
Requests to public providers are sent over Tor, with the provider's hostname also resolved through Tor, so the provider never sees your IP address.

Next Block Fee Estimates
Next Block Estimator fees are now shown on the overview page, so you can quickly see what it takes to get into the next block.

XPUB Tool Upgrades
The XPUB tool received several improvements:
- A built-in address calculator to derive addresses from an XPUB.
- Display of the XPUB descriptor.
- A smoother XPUB import experience.

Polish and Quality of Life
- Cleaner firewall handling.
- RoninUI log rotation now works, and the logs page displays correctly on first load.
- Fixed the systat storage configuration.
- Fixed a false Tor error shown during migration.
- Better UX for the Bisq connection and a fixed inputs display in the TX Tool.
- A RoninDojo boot splash screen and a login banner.
RoninOS Build Rework
The RoninOS image build process was reworked, and the first boot services were cleaned up. This mostly matters to builders and contributors, but it makes our releases more reliable and easier to reproduce.
How to Update
Existing users will see an update banner in RoninUI. Click it to upgrade, no reflashing required.
New x86 users can follow our installation instructions.
