This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the official RoninDojo shop (shop.ronindojo.io).


Shipping locations:

US: All mainland states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


Shipping cost:

$15 flat rate


Shipping time:

Items are dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Shipment is estimated between 3 to 9 working days after dispatch.

Note: delivery tracking information is sent to you via email by our automated . It is in our experience that tracking information may not be sent/assigned until your package has arrived at the associated shipping company's distribution centre. Should you not yet receive any tracking information, please wait 6 working days from payment confirmation prior to contacting RoninDojo's customer support.

Sales tax / Import duty:

Orders received to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and United Kingdom are subject to local sales tax / import tax regulations, and shall be paid by the receiving party at point of delivery. Refusal to pay sales tax / import duty by the receiving party will result in the order being returned to RoninDojo and a refund will not be issued.


Damaged shippments:

Any item that arrives damaged must be photographed with original packaging and reported via email to customer-service@ronindojo.io within 14 days of delivery. Please also refer to the RoninDojo Returns Policy.
